Having learned an incredible amount at my recent Brain Chemistry seminar, I can say that getting Oxygen to the brain is one of the most important things we can do to help maintain brain health. Ensuring oxygen in the brain, and/via blood flow to the brain are essential. We do this by supplying amino acids and iron through our foods, keeping the digestion functioning well to assimilate them, and by keeping the blood pumping, through aerobic exercise.
