Deepak Chopra and Oprah Winfrey have a website and app that allows numerous meditations to run. Every few months, they offer a free series (which you may choose to later purchase). This is a wonderful resource, including daily installments of an intro from Oprah, an explanation from #Deepak, including a daily lesson and mantra, and a 10 minute interval of calming music during which you are asked to #meditate while repeating the mantra. Each session can be repeated as often as you choose, for up to 5 days. I find it very simple to listen in before bed at night, and before jumping into my day each morning. Each session also includes a journaling capability, with 3-4 questions to help expand your own thoughts and practice. I believe the whole experience can greatly improve your self worth and calm.
